Ordering Online
Submit your order securely to us via this website. Credit cards will be authorized at the time your order is submitted; however, your card will not be charged until your order has been processed. Orders may be picked up at KU Campus Store at no additional cost.  Please see Shipping & Delivery for full listing of shipping options and rates.

Payment Options
KUBstore.com accepts: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Bear Bucks, Bookstore accounts and KU Bookstore gift cards. KU Campus Store accepts: cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Bear Bucks, Bookstore accounts and KU Bookstore gift cards. 

To use your credit card online, please be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Fill out your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. We need this information to take your order and validate your credit card, but will charge your card only when the product is shipped. 

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest security regarding credit card and personal information. For this reason, the presenter of a credit card or check must be an authorized signer on the account.  ID will be requested for all unsigned credit cards. 

For parents who wish to allow their son or daughter to use their credit card, we recommend that you add them as an authorized user. Parents may also choose to place orders through our website that can be picked up free of charge at KU Campus Store.

Sales Tax
Pennsylvania sales tax is collected on all orders shipped within Pennsylvania. Keep in mind that textbooks and most apparel items are not taxable in Pennsylvania.

Restocking Fees
Orders not picked up within 1 week after the first day of class or within 1 week of email confirming your order is ready (whichever is later), will be returned to the shelves and subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

General Merchandise Returns
Most General Merchandise items may be returned for a full refund with an original register receipt and tag within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in the original packaging and purchased condition. Items determined to have a manufacturers defect me be exchanged for a like item.

Exceptions to the 60 day return period:
- General Trade Books (includes reference books):  within 2 days
- Computer software and hardware are NON-RETURNABLE
- Open ink cartridges, calculators, CDs, DVDs and headphones are NON-RETURNABLE

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment or in the form of store credit.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to post to your account.

Course Materials Returns
In order to receive a full refund of your textbook purchase you must have your receipt and the book must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. Textbooks can be returned during the first two weeks of a semester without an Add/Drop slip.  After that, you will need an Add/Drop slip to return. Open access codes for online material may not be returned.  Please be sure you will not need to return a book before opening / activating any access codes. Irregular textbooks will be exchanged for a copy of the same book. 

Shipping and Delivery
In-Store Pickup
Please allow 1 Business Day from the time you place your order for it to be processed. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. In-store pick-up requires that you have your order number along with a photo ID. In store pick-up requires that you pick up your order within 2 weeks after receiving the confirmation email that your order is ready during the semester.  Orders not picked up within the allotted time will be returned and are subject to a restocking fee.

KU Campus Store uses UPS and US Postal Service for shipping of orders. Due to varying carrier pick up times, Orders are generally shipped same or next business days when items are in stock.  Orders placed after noon Friday will be shipped on Monday (next business day).

Regular ground shipping (3-5 day) orders will be charged $9.99 for shipping and handling.
Express Ground shipping (2-3 day) orders will be charged $19.99 for shipping and handling.

 Exceptions to this rate include: 
• Gift card only (no additional products): FREE
• Heavy or oversized items may be charged the actual shipping fee and you will be contacted with rates.

Please allow 7 business days for your order to be delivered depending upon distance from Kutztown, PA. Orders will have a tracking number assigned and will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please contact us at 610.683.4099 for other shipping options.

Incorrect / Damaged Merchandise
If you received incorrect merchandise, or if you received a damaged product, please contact us at 610.683.4099. A return address for errors or returns is included in all orders.
